*There are currently no women only weekends planned for 2020. We are offering the above 1 day training for women who wish to enter Anger work in a Women's only space. However, the journey of Reclaiming Anger is not complete until also experienced and expressed in the presence of men.

“Prior to doing this workshop I was convinced that my anger, and the stigma I felt surround me in regards to its expression in public or with loved ones, had a lot, if not everything to do with my gender as a woman.

Expectations, norms and double standards around what’s ‘right’ to express as a woman, someone who must always be ‘feminine’, gentle and selfless.

Doing this work in a collective that included men was incredibly healing in itself.

In fact, we hardly spoke about gender and anger stereotypes. It’s like my fears and painful past narratives vanished in the sheer presence of men, sharing their equally challenging relationships and social expectations experienced around anger.”

RECLAIMING ANGER...

...is a transformational program reconnecting you to
Anger as your source of clarity, courage and vitality.
Reclaiming Anger for Women

serves as an alternative to our mixed gender spaces where
this energy can be safely explored only amongst people who identify as women.
"A transformative experience. It’s hard to believe you can learn so much and peel away so many layers in 2 days.
I had complete trust in the facilitator and space holders who knew when to push, how far to push and, more importantly, how to support. I walked away energised, confident, empowered and with knowledge and respect for a basic feeling that has been repressed by myself and society my whole life. To the facilitator, space holders and other beautiful angry women I am truly grateful.
Lots of love."

Cathy Stevens - Reclaiming Anger for Women participant March 2019

Anger can be firey and can feel scary when it gets out of control.  This fire is also what fuels our Passion!

Fuelling your inner fire can feed your capacity to navigate loving and lasting relationships with your self and others.

Shift stagnation, declare and hold clear boundaries and build healthy connections with yourself and others.

We've all seen the harmful use of Anger.  Reclaiming Anger teaches you how to harness and direct this energy in ways that are not only healthy and constructive but that can bring you alive.

This work is for people who identify as Women and are ready to step up and take action for their power and the life they want to create within a context of Radical Responsibility.

Some of the Women from the Inaugural Reclaiming Anger for Women in March 2019

Below is an e-mail we received from a participant of the March Reclaiming Anger for Women:

"THANKYOU so very much for the Reclaiming Anger work you offer. The changes in my life have been significant since doing this workshop.
One is that in the past two years I have needed regular naps due to chronic fatigue. I have not needed a single afternoon nap in the few weeks since doing the Reclaiming Anger workshop.

Another unexpected gift of Reclaiming Anger is that I have met my joy! It feels like an incredible softness, and like fear it moves by shaking. Not the shivers of fear, but an ecstatic shaking in the centre of my body moving from my roots to crown. I call on anger now when i start meditation to hold me centred and focused. And often when i finish meditating a short series of waves of joy,
sadness, & fear, move through me, leaving me with an experience of peace.

I have also noticed that when I don't do my anger practice my body is colder, I find it hard to stay in my centre or feel grounded, and my mind is busier and more fearful. A 3 minute anger practice changes all of those states.

Thankyou again for your extraordinary culture-changing work, and for the experience of sisterhood where we shared power-with, and where i felt safe to be as I am.
Please feel free to share any or all of this email as a testimonial.

Love, blessings, and gratitude, and I'm looking forward to the next time we meet!"
