Every time you set a boundary, and declare your NO to something or someone,
you are inevitably declaring a Yes to yourself.

This is the loving and connective nature of Boundaries.

Healthy Boundaries can create containers for deeper intimacy, self expression and being heard,
the emergence of creativity, more easeful and clear communication, stronger friendships, transformation
and greater possibilities for self love.

Boundaries create clarity for more Freedom to emerge.

Clarity that settles the mind and the nervous system so that you can give more presence to what is
happening and/or possible… right now.

Boundaries are useful in pretty much every aspect of daily life.

With friends, partners, children, work colleagues, family as well as with ourselves.

However, there is a clause. It is one thing to set boundaries. It is another to hold them.

In this workshop we’ll explore:
:: How having a healthy relationship to Anger is vital to set and hold your boundaries.
:: The role of your 4 core feelings in Loving Boundaries.
:: How your boundaries won't land unless ALL of your bodies are involved.
:: Bringing awareness and agency to how Boundaries are an unavoidable part of every day life.
:: Your questions about Boundaries and Anger work!
