You may have heard of and experienced the more common associations of Fear being Freeze, Fight, Flee and Fawn. While, at times these states can be valuable (ie. sometimes it serves to play dead, fight, run or appease), being stuck in them as a way of life can leave you feeling frayed, stressed, anxious, confused, frustrated, stuck etc.
The healthy functional state of Fear is to Fly.
Navigating the wind currents in its highs and lows as your Fear flows freely through your nervous system.
Our Fear trainings invite you to discover how Fear sits in your system, give it space to move, allow it to have a voice and discover a new X on your Map of Fear that can be the beginning of a new path to follow on the way to discovering your magic.
