The Art of Relating draws on the wisdom of both the
mind and the heart of the collective.
Living and/or working as community requires ongoing communication to keep the interpersonal connections alive. In order to steer the boat of community in the desired direction we suggest that its members put time aside to periodically review how living their collective vision is working for them. Over a period of time this vision may change or need to be updated to accommodate development within the community, group or workplace; to reflect the intention of new members or the changing of time.

Stacia has a strong business background as well as experience in both living within and working in community. While holding several communications and marketing positions she has facilitated vision and re-branding sessions for non-profit community organisations in Sydney and Melbourne. Paired with her qualifications as a Holistic Counsellor Stacia has a unique ability to bridge the worlds of practical business and heartfelt community bringing a balanced approach to visioning.
Gero is a natural communicator and community leader. He is German born and brings extensive experience of European communities and new perspectives of leaders in social design with whom he remains in close contact. These ongoing relationships to such progressive environments continue to offer unique and fresh perspectives to the Australian landscape in which he has resided since 2001. Gero has developed a strong heart-mind connection which feeds his ability to guide groups to a natural meeting point where all perspectives are heard and validated.
