What is ZEGG FORUM
FORUM is a tool that supports open, transparent and authentic group communication. It is a process orientated, communication tool that can be utilised effectively by both small (10) and large (50+) groups.
FORUM creates a safe space for group challenges/problems to be heard, explored and transformed and for achievements to be celebrated. It is an invitation for something new to emerge… for those things that we don’t know that we don’t know to come to the surface.
Taking the stage at the centre of the circle (rather than sharing from your position within the circle) brings an added element of transparency and ownership of what is being shared and invites the person sharing to ‘take up space’ in the middle. With the presence of those in the circle, the topic being shared all of a sudden becomes amplified and a deeper understanding can come about. The group intelligence always has the answer. Forum brings the group together where this intelligence has a clear pathway to show up and be experienced. The power of the group intention is what creates the magic of Forum.

The FORUM Process
The FORUM group process originated from the founders of the ZEGG Community in Germany and Tamera Community in Portugal.
Gero and Stacia, co-creators of The Art of Relating discovered this work through their relationship with the ZEGG Community and now offer their skills as facilitators of this process in Australia and online.
The two videos below are from the ZEGG Community where you can see the process in action (left) and hear from one of the founders, Ina (right) sharing about her experience of Forum.

The Purpose
"FORUM is a group facilitation [process] to build self awareness, honest communication and trust in communities. It is a creative way to hold personal sharings by providing a stage on which community members can make public their true motivations, deep feelings and ideas to their fellow bodies. Through transparent sharing, questions of daily life can become an invaluable focus and catalyst for individual and community growth.

"What we discover in FORUM is a way of being together that we can then take out into our lives with family, friends and colleagues. We discover new perspectives about ourselves and our life circumstances through sharing, revealing and unravelling what wants to emerge from within as well as through the mirrors of others."
