In fact, one of your 4 bodies is dedicated just to this function. Your Feeling Body has a heart that feels.
Feelings like Anger, Sadness, Fear and Joy are rich with the vital, life giving energy and information you need for taking wise action in your life.
It may be that you only notice the big ‘feels’ when they burst out. However there is a subtle language of feeling that you’ve most likely learnt to numb to some degree.
The message will persist until it is heard. So learning to attune to the subtle language of feelings can bring more ease and balance to your experience of life’s inevitable ups and downs.
When you numb your feelings you’re numbing your central navigation system.
While we don’t subscribe to feelings or emotions being positive or negative, this quote from researcher Brene Brown still tells a valuable tale…
“We cannot selectively numb emotions, when we numb the painful emotions,
we also numb the positive emotions.”
What you feel is filled with valuable information and energy for navigation if you begin to lower your numbness bar and tune in to what’s being communicated.
Very few education systems teach us about this part of our human experience and the
inherent wisdom contained within.
During this 3hr training we’ll define what the feeling body is, what your feelings are for, how to attune to their inherent wisdom and hence, how to use them.
In this way, you will have a new toolkit of possibilities for how your feelings can serve you that may work better than whatever you’ve currently been doing with them. This part is up to you.
