RECLAIMING ANGER IS A RETURN TO LOVE
Awaken the inner resources you need to take a stand for all that you love and is important to you in your life, work and relationships.
“One of the most powerful therapeutic processes I have ever been involved in.
I had no idea how much fear I had about expressing my anger and how much energy and clarity
I was denying myself because of that fear. I feel so alive, it's incredible."
Kiri Bear :: Facilitator & Consultant (Domestic Violence)
There comes a moment when something in you refuses to stay small anymore.
A moment when the old ways of managing, pleasing, collapsing, or keeping yourself “polite” simply won’t hold.
Reclaiming Anger is for people who are ready to stop apologising for their power and start using it with clarity, precision and heart.
People who feel their inner fire rising. Not the destructive kind, but as guidance, boundary, integrity, direction.
Anger isn’t the problem. Shrinking is.
If something in your body is saying yes to this.
You’re exactly who this is for.

WHY THIS MATTERS NOW
We are living in a time of overwhelm, polarity and speed.
A world that needs people who are rooted, sovereign and connected to their own centre.
People who can:
Stand without aggression.
Feel without drowning.
Lead without dominating.
Create without collapsing.
And rise together rather than against each other.
This work is part of that shift.
Reclaiming Anger is not about fighting.
It’s about ending the war inside yourself so you can meet the world from clarity rather than reactivity.
The world needs more humans who are at home in themselves.
Welcome.

THE HEART OF RECLAIMING ANGER
Most of us were taught that Anger is dangerous, childish, shameful, or something to manage.
But Anger is far older and wiser than the stories we’ve been fed about it.
Anger is the part of you that says:
No more. This matters. I choose this. I won’t abandon myself.
When you reclaim your Anger, you reclaim
~ Your clarity.
~ Your boundaries.
~ Your voice.
~ Your direction.
~ Your life-force.
~ Your ability to stand for what you love.
This is not a place to come and blow of steam. It's not a cathartic blowout or an emotional purge.
Nor is it learning to 'stay calm' as many 'Anger Management' courses will offer you.
It’s an embodied initiation into sovereignty.
A space where you take a journey, with others, to finally stop talking yourself out of your own authority and start talking about what really needs to be said.
Anger, along with its companions, Fear, Sadness & Joy becomes the true north of your inner compass.
The gateway feeling to the path home.

“I used to fear anger. The workshop provided me with an opportunity to confront my fears in a safe space
and experience another side of myself. Utterly profound. Now I see anger as a tool I was using incorrectly;
like digging a hole with an upside down shovel."
Rob Healy :: Film Maker & University Lecturer
“This work completely shifted my whole view of anger. I now see anger as a real gift - a gift that will help me
express the love I feel in a powerful and true way.”
Daniel Banfai :: Environmental Scientist
“I felt the fear and anxiety that I constantly live with just vanish quietly away.
And in that space I found myself. I saw clearly that being afraid of Anger and rejecting it meant that
I also struggled with clarity, making decisions, assertiveness and fearlessly having a voice."
Anon :: Lawyer
“The work that I have done in my Reclaiming Anger workshops has given me clarity where before there
was depression & self harm. I have been able to quit drinking and smoking.
I have learned to feel more and I have learned to speak up.”
Lena Denger :: Mother
Amazing things can happen when you Reclaim your Anger.

WHY THIS WORKSThis training is not about simply learning to 'manage' and 'calm' Anger. It's about learning to use it well.
We work slowly. We work deep. We work through the body. Our focus is on Anger. However healthy Anger doesn't exist without the presence and gifts of Fear, Sadness and Joy and we weave in their magic also. You will learn:
This is a space where you can finally stop using Anger to fighting yourself and discover that Anger isn't always against something but it is here FOR something. |
WHO THIS IS FORReclaiming Anger attracts people who already sense that Anger is a gift that can support them to stand taller, speak clearer, take up more space, not through dominance, but through grounded presence.
People ready to:
If you’re not looking for a quick fix… If you’re willing to feel… If you’re ready to meet yourself more honestly than ever before… You belong here. |
PARTICIPANT VOICES
“I never saw anger as a child and never learnt how to have a relationship with it.
This has blocked me from being who I am. This workshop helped me connect with my anger and
experience it in a safe, positive & healing space. I feel more connected to myself.”
Dominic :: Public Servant
"I’ve felt exhausted, burnt out, for years and I now see that change is possible through really channelling
the flame [of anger] I’ve been turning onto and against myself for so long. Too long.”
Mim Kempsen :: Writer, Therapist, Student
“I chanced upon this workshop. I can’t begin to convey how profoundly this has aided my
recovery from the aftermath of trauma.”

RECLAIMING ANGER
10 Year Anniversary :: Extended Edition
On 2 April 2026, Reclaiming Anger turns 10.
Ten years since the first training in Melbourne; a one-day workshop that shocked us both by how much wanted to move through that room.
Ten years of evolution, refinement, depth, and embodied wisdom of people reclaiming their fire and changing the trajectory of their lives.
For this anniversary, something special is happening.
After three years back in Germany, co-founder Gero von Aderkas returns to Melbourne to offer this one-time extended 3-day edition with me.
Gero and I journeyed as intimate partners for 12 years, and when life circumstances shifted, our relationship shape-shifted with it. From intimate partners to intimate friends, collaborators, and lifelong companions in the art of relating.
It was our feelings-informed work, especially with Anger, that made that transition possible.
Anger holds such a clear, safe, strong container for the vulnerability of life's ebbs and flows to move through.
Containers strong enough to hold truth, change, and love in all its forms.
It feels deeply right that we can offer this ten-year celebration together.
With Love

WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT
the 10 Year Anniversary Extended Edition?
We’re honouring the core framework of Reclaiming Anger that has stood the test of time & simply works.
And we’re expanding it in ways that this decade of experience has made possible.
This extended 3 day edition will include:
Expanding your awareness to the relationship between Anger, Passion & Love.
How they inform each other, fuel each other, and keep us aligned with what matters.
A dedicated morning of gender-oriented practice.
Many of us carry Anger-related wounding tied to traditional expectations of women and men. We will dedicate a morning to explore this in two separate spaces. Participants can choose the one that feels most aligned for them. We’ll regroup as a whole in the afternoon.
Working with Feelings in their Embodied Resonant Tissues
Anger (Bones), Fear, (Nervous System), Sadness (Soft Tissues/Liquids), Joy (Cells)
A depth of embodiment and clarity most people have never encountered.
Relational Anger
Learning to use anger as a relational skill, an energetic boundary, and a wayfinding tool for artful human connection.
This edition is deeper, slower, more embodied, and more mature than anything we’ve offered before.

"Oh to have been taught this as a child!
How different my experience of myself and my feelings would have been."
Kate Laurie :: Counsellor & Psychotherapist
“I found my voice and was able to let go and roar without holding myself back.
For the first time ever.”
Steph
“I’ll always remember sharing dinner with everyone on Saturday night.
The joy and relaxation on people’s faces was not what you normally expect from a bunch of people
who’ve spent hours getting angry. The connection with the other participants was amazing.”

You already know what it's like to have an ordinary weekend.
To watch Netflix, to go to the pub or cafe, to catch up on your long list of things to do.
And you already know what the results of those ordinary choices are.
You know what it's like to wake up on Monday morning after a weekend like that.
Extraordinary spaces like Reclaiming Anger don't happen every weekend, and they don't happen by accident.
It takes a conscious decision to create new possibilities in your life.
If you want Monday mornings to feel different, coming to Reclaiming Anger might be the best weekend of your year.
This is a rare and precious opportunity to spend a transformative weekend with a courageous and compassionate group of humans; to celebrate and learn about our common humanity; and to make a lasting difference to your life.
“I’ve spent thousands on workshops over the last few years, and while they’ve all provided
incredible tools for personal growth, Reclaiming Anger has been the catalyst for change
I’ve been so desperately seeking."

I am a storyteller and bodyworker on the path to becoming a Reclaiming Anger trainer.
I work as an award-winning journalist and filmmaker, and as a craniosacral therapist. Anger has been an ally to me in profound ways; from helping me on my healing journey from chronic illness, to birthing my baby. I love supporting others to reconnect with this vital force. |

(Co-Founder & Lead Trainer)
|
Gero is a co-founder of Reclaiming Anger and The Art of Relating. With a background in mental-health nursing, men’s work, somatic practice, and relational facilitation, he has spent years accompanying people as they let go of masks and meet what is real.
Guided by Marianne Williamson’s reminder that “our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure,” Gero’s work centres on power, not as dominance, but as our innate capacity to act, choose, and impact the world. An enquire that naturally led him to Angerwork as a force that mobilises grounded action. Gero’s presence is steady, calm, and approachable. He creates a space where people can meet their Anger, feel it, and move through it so that clarity, boundaries, and agency emerge as embodied realities rather than concepts. His work is marked by simplicity and depth; precise attention, grounded warmth, and deep respect for each person’s unique path. Coming to Australia for this 10yr anniversary training, Gero brings a clear intention: to support people to reclaim the energy of Anger as a fundamental force of nature and integrate it in a way that strengthens their capacity to act with care and responsibly. |
