What if it were possible that you could reconnect to Anger as source of clarity, courage and vitality?
We all feel it and yet for the most part we try to keep as far away from it as possible.
“I used to fear anger. The workshop provided me with an opportunity to confront my fears in a
safe space and experience another side of myself. Utterly profound. Now I see anger as a tool
I was using incorrectly; like digging a hole with an upside down shovel."
Rob Healy :: Film Maker & University Lecturer & Reclaiming Anger participant
The great thing is, just like all core feelings, you feel Anger for a reason:
:: To set a boundary; saying NO
:: To take action & go for what you want
:: To bring clarity
:: To maintain or change direction, focus, attention
:: To speak up and get your message across
:: To protect that which is important to you
:: To stay centered when things feel shaky
When you push down the clear messages and energy Anger offers you you’re suppressing your capacity
to take clear action and experience the vitality of life.
This can lead to apathy, feeling unmotivated and/or frustration, passive/aggression and explosive
outbursts to name a few.
Over the 3 hrs we'll share with you content and low level practices where you may experience the
clarity and vitality Anger can bring to your life.
