Anger Dojo
Next Dojos will be HALF DAY PRACTICE ROUNDS ONLY on
Sunday 23 July & Sunday August 27 from 1-5pm in Fairfield
Refining Anger Practice & Personal Process Days for Reclaiming Anger Graduates*
Refining Anger is the third step in The Reclaiming Anger Program where you can practice within a community of people who have Reframed & Reclaimed their Anger and are working towards Refining the use of this vital human resource.
Anger DOJO is part of our new Refining Anger offering and will play host to half-day Circuit Round Practice spaces and full-day Anger Labs for stepping into deeper more personal processes work.
Dive deeper into your personal and ancestral relationships with Anger; clear old blocks, build new & healthy channels for this energy that is a source of endless vitality & practice putting your tools into action.
The Reclaiming Anger weekend training is a pre-requisite for attending these practice days.
Below is an idea of what these spaces may look like.
Circuit Rounds - Half day (9am - 12:45pm)*
Includes half hr for setup - we create our space together
Possibilities for Circuit Round spaces are:
> Set up our practice space together
> Check in, intentions and warm ups.
> Circuit Round Session comprising of 3-4 practice ‘stations’
that we rotate between in 15minute rounds.
> Group practice.
> Wind down/integration, pack down & close.
Practice Stations may consist of the towel pound, centering practices, stick/sword work, matt work, boundary work, black hole, standing in ‘power with’ practice and there will always be a rest and restore station for when you need to rest and use your Anger to hold space for everything else that’s moving.
Anger Lab - Full Day (9am-5pm)*
Includes 1hr for setup and pack down - we create our space together - and a short lunch break.
Possibilities for Anger labs are:
> Set up our practice space together
> Circuit Rounds (above) make up the first half on an Anger Lab day.
This is warming up and ‘stirring up’ what is ready to be worked with.
> Lunch break
> Intention Circle - what do you need?
> Individual Intensives (approx 15-20mins each)
(not everyone is guaranteed a personal process)
> Possible Group session
> Wind down/integration, pack down & close.
*If you were one of the pioneers that attended one of the first 1 day Reclaiming Anger Trainings please contact me via [email protected] to request a conversation about your attendance.
Since shifting to a full weekend training format a lot has changed.
We'll assess this a case by case.

More about Anger Dojo
Now that you have Reframed and Reclaimed your Anger and cleared some of your old emotionally charged energy we invite you to take a further step towards the empowered action of Refinement at Anger Dojo.
This is a safe space to reconnect and deepen into the expression of Anger with a group of committed people who want to explore what else is possible.
These training spaces will be predominately practice-based and experiential and will provide space for feedback and check-in rounds and integration.
This space is an opportunity to experience, with greater depth, the clarity that Anger can bring.
From this place we are choosing to create an even tighter container than that of Reclaiming Anger.

- not rescuing anyone but being in service of people having their own experience/process.
- asking for what you need (and speaking up when you don't know).
- if you need to communicate with the spaceholder on the morning of the event do so by text message only including your name in the message. We're not on facebook during this time. Spaceholder name and phone will be e-mailed when you register.

"Thanks again for my experience in Reclaiming Anger. Such an expansive and initiating process that has spearheaded big shifts and is incorporated into my daily life and general perspective.
It also has influenced & integrated in my work with young people. Well I guess in all my relationships.
Stacia and Gero were amazing and really do a spectacular job of holding the space and encouraging and supporting us, well me, to go much further than I thought I could. Exploring and expressing myself. Connecting with others. Supporting each other. It’s really quite amazing the work you do."
