One of our core Artful Relating workshops.

Every time you set a boundary, and declare your NO to something or someone,
you are inevitably declaring a Yes to yourself.

This is the loving and connective nature of Boundaries.

Healthy Boundaries can create containers for deeper intimacy, self expression and being heard,
the emergence of creativity, more easeful and clear communication, stronger friendships, transformation
and greater possibilities for self love.

Boundaries create clarity for more Freedom to emerge.

Clarity that settles the mind and the nervous system so that you can give more presence to what is
happening and/or possible… right now.

Boundaries are useful in pretty much every aspect of daily life.

With friends, partners, children, work colleagues, family as well as with ourselves.

However, there is a clause. It is one thing to set boundaries. It is another to hold them.

In this training we’ll explore:
:: The inner resources you can draw on when setting and holding boundaries.
:: How each of your 4 bodies (mental, physical, feeling & energetic) are involved in boundary setting.
:: How having a healthy relationship to Anger supports you to set and hold your boundaries with more ease.
:: How and if the declaration of our boundaries is received by others including exercises to provide valuable feedback and coaching as to what you could shift for clearer more effective boundary setting.
