You + Anger - every day, for 21 days straight!
Anger coaches & Emotional Wisdom keepers, Stacia & Gero of The Art of Relating invite you on a 21 day journey to reshape and deepen your relationship with Anger.
Whether you're new to experiencing how Anger can be a useful resource in your life or if you’ve already established a healthy relationship with this life-affirming tool… this 21 Day Practice is for you.
We’ll be offering a range of practice possibilities so you can step in at a level and pace that works for you. And all it involves is that you commit to a 3 minute practice, every day, for 21 days.
By saying ‘YES’ to this journey you join a global community of courageous humans who are willing to commit to a self-directed and self-regulated Anger practice leading up to the Solstice on June 21, 2020.
The container for this practice will take the shape of a ‘closed’ facebook group which you will have access to once you register. There participants can share their experiences, ask questions, inspire each other and create a field of mutual support as we journey together into the territory of ANGER… the archetype of the Warrior/Warrioress.
The intention is to look at the gifts and benefits of Anger; how does it serve, what can I learn, how does it move through my body, what information does it have for me and how do I utilise it to empower myself and serve those around me, including my environment?
By engaging with the energy of Anger everyday for 3mins you get to know more about this life-force energy, how you relate with it and how it relates with you? What would you do, or not do any longer, if this energy was totally integrated in your life?
Let’s go there and find out over the first 21 days of June completing with a ritual on the Solstice.
WHY ANGER?
Anger ignites your inner fire. It is a motivator, an action taker and a decision maker.
To create what you want in the world you need access to the energy that supports you to speak up, set boundaries, move with clarity and find your Yes & your No. This energy is Anger.
The 21 Day Anger Practice serves to break Anger free from the more traditionally known shackles that paint it as dangerous, violent and downright bad.
When utilised unconsciously Anger can be destructive however when we consciously invite this inherent human resource as our ally we can draw on Anger as a source of clarity, courage and vitality.
Anger is an archetypal force which, in its essence, is neutral energy and information. It is the energy that gets you out of bed at the start of your day, helps you to make healthy choices and supports you to stand up for what is important to you.
Anger creates change, it drives you to persist, urges you to speak up if something is not right and holds a safe container for you to experience life within.

WHY NOW?
In the current global climate of reflection and ‘pause’ we are also approaching a turning point of the shortest day/longest night (southern hemisphere) and longest day/shortest night (northern hemisphere) in the Solstice.
These turning points invite us to change direction and reflect on what it is we want to create as we are doing so. The potent energy of Anger supports us in change making, and taking purposeful action.
As global ‘restrictions’ are beginning to ease you have an opportunity to question what it is that you want to give your energy to, what is your true Yes and No and what new culture do you want to create for yourself, your family and your broader community.
HOW THIS GOES
To create a clear and contained space for exploration we invite you to register via the booking link below where you will be asked to commit to a set of agreements.
Upon registration you will receive an e-mail with a link to the private facebook group where you will find a welcome video from Stacia & Gero sharing possibilities for what your practice may look like.
Registration will remain open until Friday, 5th June at 5pm at which point the portal will close and we’ll continue on the journey as a closed group.
GROUP AGREEMENTS
You will be required to commit to the following agreements during registration:
:: In entering the 21 Day Anger Practice from 1-21 June 2020 I am choosing to explore the possibility that Anger can be of service to me and the world and I am here to align with Anger as an ally alongside a community of fellow Anger explorers.
:: While the space holders will provide a reasonable 'duty of care' in what they offer, I understand that I am responsible for my physical, emotional, mental & spiritual health and wellbeing.
:: I will engage with the Anger practices at a level that I can manage given my current mental, emotional and physical capacity.
:: I commit to not hurt myself, anyone or anything around me.
:: If I am uncertain about any of the practices I can ask for clarity rather than engaging in a practice that isn’t clear to me.
:: I understand that in choosing to participate in practices that may be unfamiliar to me, old injuries or emotions may become stirred up, that I am responsible for what I create and will seek the appropriate support as necessary.
:: I acknowledge that I am entirely responsible for my feelings/emotions and any experiences that arise from partaking in the practices.
:: I will share my own experience in the group, this is not a space for unsolicited advice giving, lecturing or judging of anyone else's process.
:: I agree to hold sacred and honour anyone else’s sharings and/or processes in the group as confidential and will not reveal any information that may identify anyone in any way.
