For graduates of Reclaiming Anger Weekend Training,  Anger as Your Ally or  1 day Anger workshops.

Welcome to the Reclaiming Anger Practice Community for 2026-2027

You’re already walking the path of Reclaiming your Anger.
You’re remembering how to feel, express, and be with your clarity.

This Community is the next step.

This is more than a group, it’s a container. Its a Living, Breathing Practice Community co-created and held with intention.

We’re weaving together the ease and accessibility of online connection with the richness and depth of meeting in person - through fortnightly alternating spaces, and we have an open chat channel that keeps the conversation and support alive between gatherings.

These spaces allow us to keep showing up, continue our practice and be witnessed with warmth, spaciousness, structure, and attunement.

Together we can grow our Feelings language/fluency, deepen our embodiment and connection with functional Anger as well as heal, release and integrate old emotional charge.

Be it in person or online, each meeting space will have dedicated spaceholders guiding practices and  keeping us on track with group intentions and timing.

Space-holders for this broader Community container are Elyse, Becca, Emma & Bek - all of us share a love for spaces where we can connect, practice, give and receive feedback, and support each other in this messy, beautiful work of being human.

The space has been co-created with the support of Reclaiming Anger co-founder, Stacia who will hold space behind the scenes and be joining in practice spaces from time to time.

Elyse, Becca, Emma and Bek each bring their own flavour of experience and presence, and together,
share a deep drive for peer-supported spaces, emotional integrity and embodied community.

These spaceholders are active in and outside of the community space, attending regular workshops with
The Art of Relating, and taking steps to continue honing their spaceholding and facilitation skills.

At times, Stacia (RA Founder) will also join to provide guidance, respond to questions and
support these spaces to grow.

From the team:

”
We’re here because we’re doing this work ourselves and want to keep these kinds of practices alive - to feel the power of community, to be witnessed in our emotions, and to grow together through real consistency and care.

We’ve been craving a space that’s accessible, heart-led, and real.  Somewhere we can speak from the body, move through Feelings and Emotions, and support each other in navigating new territory.

Together we can grow our Feelings language/fluency, deepen our embodiment and connection with functional Anger as well as heal, release and integrate old emotional charge.

And, it’s regular; a consistent rhythm. It’s in the calendar and it’s our way of building the kind of community we’ve been longing for; something deeper, more alive, and very much needed.”

The RA Practice Community is a chance to co-create something meaningful.

A place to try things out, see what lands, play and explore how showing up like this impacts you and the people around you and how you relate to yourself and others.

Your Role in the Community

As a community,  these are the principles that each member agrees to uphold:

Sovereignty

Show up with curiosity, honesty, and care for yourself.
Own your experience and voice your needs, ask for support if needed.
Take responsibility for your own emotions, triggers, and needs.
Attend as regularly as feels nourishing and sustainable for you.
Communicate when you are or aren’t attending.

Synergy

The depth of our experience depends on our collective care and presence.
Co-create with care.
Honour the space and each other.
Practice listening, witnessing, and giving feedback with consent.
Engage with the practices and each other in ways that feel true and alive for you
Participate in tending to the space (physically or energetically).

Sacredness

Respect the confidentiality and vulnerability of what is shared in the online and In person practice spaces.
In co-creating this container, we are all allowing true healing to occur, where nervous systems can completely relax and we can fall apart free from fears of judgment or experiences being spoken about elsewhere.

Soulfulness

Bring your full humanity; messy, evolving, and worthy.

Reach out anytime if you have questions, whether you're feeling unsure or just want to say hi.
