Welcome to your Living, Breathing Practice Community

You’ve walked the path of Reclaiming your Anger.
You’ve remembered how to feel, express, and be with your clarity.
This Community is the next step.

This is more than a group, it’s a container.
A living space,  co-created and held with intention.

Meet Us: Your Space Holders……

This community is held and nurtured by 4 fellow Reclaiming Anger graduates:
Elyse, Becca, Emma and Sarah. (Pictured below)
Each of us bring our own flavour of experience and presence, and together, we share a deep drive for                    peer-supported spaces, emotional integrity and embodied community.

We’re weaving together the ease and accessibility of online connection with the richness and depth of
meeting in person; through
fortnightly alternating spaces and an open chat channel that keeps the
conversation and support alive between gatherings.

These spaces will allow us to keep showing up, continue our practice and be witnessed with warmth,
spaciousness, structure, and attunement.

Be it in person or online, each meeting space will have us space holding to keep on track
with group intentions and timing.

We’re here because we’re doing this work ourselves and want to keep these kinds of practices
alive - to feel the power of community, to be witnessed in our emotions, and to grow together
through real consistency and care.

Together we can grow our Feelings language/fluency, deepen our embodiment and
connection with functional
Anger as well as heal, release and integrate old emotional charge.

This community space has been co-created with the support of Reclaiming Anger co-founder,
Stacia who will hold space behind the scenes and be joining in practice spaces from time to time.

As Space holders our role is to:

Uphold the integrity of the work
Guide the flow when needed.
Keep the timing of our practices on track.
Commit to tending to the group field.
Provide care, honesty and accountability.
Maintain clarity around the agreements.
Provide encouragement to listen to your body.
Create a landing space where you can practice using your voice and expressing your needs, to explore being seen, heard, and felt - and to practice showing up in your full expression.

This Community is a chance to co-create something meaningful. A place to try things out, see what lands,
and explore how showing up like this impacts us and the people around us and how we

relate to ourselves and each other.

We’ve been craving a space that’s accessible, heart-led, and real.
Somewhere we can speak from the body, move through Feelings and Emotions, and
support each other in navigating new territory.

And, it’s regular; a consistent rhythm. It’s in the calendar and it’s our way of building the
kind of community we’ve been longing for; something deeper, more alive, and very much needed.

At times, Sylvia, RA Facilitator and Stacia, RA co-founder will also join us to provide
guidance, respond to questions and support these spaces to grow.

However, the focus is on community led spaces where we can use our
Anger to claim our authority and create what we want.

Right now, this Community offers a mix of
Zoom calls, a WhatsApp group and In-Person Immersions:

Monthly 1hr Zoom Calls:
  • Check-ins and shares, access to Anger specific practices you already know, plus new ones to meet us where we are now and assist in integration, regulation, release and capacity building.
  • Bring a notepad and pen to capture any insights you receive on the day.
  • Meet us on the 3rd Monday of each month - 6.30-7.30pm

Monthly 2hr In-Person Immersions:
  • Embodied group practices that deepen what you’ve learned and allow for real-time emotional processing and witnessing. Reconnect with your body, and your people.
  • Meet us on the 1st Sunday of each month -  Sessions run for 2 hours, with
  • flexible start times between 9.30-10.30am.
  • Held at Moss Studios, Brunswick.
  • If you feel called, you’re warmly invited to arrive 30mins earlier to help set up, or stay afterwards to help pack down.
  • Bring a notepad and pen to capture any insights you receive on the day
  • Wear layered clothing to self manage your temperature.
  • The session will be followed by an informal gathering at a local café for lunch/coffee.

WhatsApp Group Space Includes:
  • Voice or video shares & optional space to be witnessed or receive feedback when words or feelings need to come through.
  • A space to ask for space holding/support from your team outside of practice spaces.
  • Stay up to date and receive reminders for online and in-person offerings.

Your Role in the Community

This is a shared space.
The depth of our experience depends on our collective care and presence.

As a community member, you’re invited to:

  • Show up with curiosity, honesty, and care - for yourself and others.
  • Take responsibility for your own emotions, triggers, and needs. If something arises during the session, you're encouraged to voice this in the space.  And, yes, you can also choose to just bring it to a space holder - you are not alone in it.
  • Respect the confidentiality and vulnerability of what is shared.
  • Practice listening, witnessing, and giving feedback with consent.
  • Attend as regularly as feels nourishing and sustainable for you.
  • Communicate when you are or aren’t coming in.
  • Engage with the practices and each other in ways that feel true and alive for you.
  • Bring your full humanity. Messy, evolving, and worthy.
  • Participate in tending to the space (physically or energetically).
  • You agree to Sovereignty, Synergy & Sacredness: Own your experience. Co-create with care. Honour the space and each other.
  • You commit to not hurt yourself, anything or anyone in the space.
  • Communicate with space holders as to your attendance or availability to assist set up/pack down of in person spaces.

   Cost: $150.00

We’ve designed this offering to be accessible, affordable, and anchored in real accountability for both you and us. Your contribution supports upfront venue hire and the ongoing running of these gatherings over the next 12 months.

We’re opening the doors for a limited 3-month window at this one-time rate of $150 for the full year.
The
sooner you join, the more sessions, support and integration you’ll receive within this timeframe.
After that,
enrolments will close, and the container will be sealed - for now.

As we grow, this will likely shift. More offerings may be added inside this container, and other offerings from The Art of Relating will be available across the year, but won’t be included in this membership.

Come as you are.
Stay as long as it serves.
Keep reclaiming together.
