"These days, living life in the NOW is about relaxing into intimacy and the emergence of new possibilities.
I love how something new almost always emerges when I’m intimate with my own human experience and bring that into connection with another human.
The flipside to that is having the capacity to receive the intimate sharing of another in their NOW without trying to change, hold on to, or fix anything. To just let it all flow through.
When I can let go and release the tension from the part that wants to “know” how it is going, I can enter the “unkNOWn” and use my Fear to navigate this wild, mysterious, alive terrain.
My mind freaks out, my fear rises and I can work WITH my Fear to be even more receptive to what is right now and then something starts to relax.
My nervous system recognises that I’m not trying to figure something out and that it can just do its job to be in flow and attuned to this moment… this now… this life."

How small is your NOW?
(ie. How much of your attention is given to events that aren’t happening right NOW?)
A month, a day, a few hours?
If you know that experience of being stuck replaying what someone said days ago, or spinning around about what might happen next week, then you're living in a really BIG NOW.
That can become very painful if it is where you predominantly live your life from.
The 'Power of NOW' isn't new. Eckhart clearly put it on the map in the 90s.
The invitation to "simply return to now" was revolutionary at the time.
However NOW, nearly 30 yrs on we’ve realised there's a lot more to know than where your mind places its attention.
Being in the NOW is a 5 body experience.
As a coaching client shared recently:
“The difference in what you offer is that you’re embodying the NOW. Not just using your mind. You’re clearing/meeting/working with emotional and energetic barriers that in turn bring presence to the NOW through the body, so that the mind and body can stay in the now safely together. And the practice of that creates a trust that builds the capacity to stay in the Now longer and longer.”
At first, reeling your attention into this moment… this NOW may feel limiting.
However the smaller the now, the more vast the space you occupy.
Everything that exists lives in this moment... which means everything is possible.
And as you choose to be right here, right NOW, in spite of your well worn survival strategies, Fear naturally arises. Harnessing the power of this Fear will be a significant part of this training.
In this 3-week journey, you'll discover how to:
- Step out of autopilot and break old habitual patterns.
- Let your heart speak about what’s alive right NOW.
- Navigate the intensity that comes with choosing presence over numbness.
- Trust the not-knowing (yes, right at the center of Fear).
- Pour your LOVE into each moment as it unfolds.
You'll experience practical, embodied tools and work directly with whatever keeps springboarding you out of presence. Through real experiments, you'll build the trust and capacity to stay longer... and longer... and longer.
The result? You'll begin to shift from overthinking and scattered attention to living in your body, your energy, your NOW.
More radiant, more grounded, more alive.
