An essential professional development training for practitioners who want to integrate the wisdom of the feeling body that comes along with their clients’ presenting symptoms or issues.
Be it in a GP’s office, a psychology or psychotherapy session an osteo or bodywork session or yoga or breathwork class (to name a few) your client will be feeling things in relation to the experience they are having in their lives and in session with you.
Emerging research in somatic psychology, psychoneuroimmunology, and trauma-informed care highlights the profound role of emotional health in overall wellbeing. Studies have linked the suppression of emotions to increased stress, anxiety, and physical ailments (van der Kolk, 2014; Pert, 1999). |
As this growing evidence highlights the importance of embracing - rather than suppressing - feelings, tapping into the emotional wisdom of your clients is becoming essential to staying at the forefront of evolving Health & Wellbeing practices. Our 3 month Pilot Program begins 14 June, 2025.
Apply now to be one of the inaugural 12 participants. |

Feelings-Informed Practice :: The Heart of Trauma-Informed work
Most health and wellbeing practices integrate trauma awareness with an acknowledgement that feelings and emotions are important. Many have shared however that they don't have the specific skills or language to identify core feelings and how to support clients to work with them rather than just cope with them.
Truly embodying trauma-informed practice requires an understanding of how core feelings move
through - or get stuck in - the body and how to work with them.
Our Feelings-Informed Training equips practitioners with embodied experience, essential skills, language, and awareness to integrate the energy and wisdom of Feelings into their work. This approach goes beyond talking about Feelings - it creates space for Feelings to speak, fostering deeper healing and transformation.

Harness the Wisdom of Feelings in Practice
- Learn how core Feelings show up and speak through your own embodied experience.
- Learn how and where to support Feelings to flow through the body rather than get stuck (and therefore get bigger).
- Support your clients to connect to the wisdom of their Feelings.
- Symptoms and practices all of a sudden become the source of valuable information.
- When feelings are in flow your clients can be more IN their bodies which is essential to nervous system regulation and integration.
- Build a heart-to-heart connection with clients where all of their experiences are welcome.
FEELINGS-INFORMED PRACTICE TRAINING SETTING
Feelings-Informed skills will be developed
And, as you can’t guide your clients to identify and connect with their Feelings without your own connection to your Feeling Body, our 3 month Foundations of Feeling Chapter starts with you.
We’ll begin by mapping out your current relationship to your feeling body and cultural narratives about the value and use of Feelings in daily life. From here you can reconnect to the language that your core Feelings are attempting to communicate with you all of the time.
What is required from you is a willingness to feel, to deeply listen and to take wise actions that may go against what you currently have believed to be possible… until now.
- in an online group setting
- through embodied practice
- with self & group reflection
- via immediate application with participants
- through application with your clients
- with ongoing feedback and coaching from trainers and your participant team.

- Enhance distinctions to identify what clients may not be sharing that would impact their outcomes. (Clarity)
- Build confidence and remain centered in chaotic or emotional situations. (Groundedness)
